HealthTrack PRO ("the App"), developed by PROHOSTVPS.COM, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable law including GDPR and CCPA.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID, display name, email address, and profile photo URL solely to identify your account.
• Health & nutrition data: Calorie, protein, and carbs logs you create are stored locally on your device. If signed in, they are synced to Google Firebase Firestore under your account ID.
• Food scan images: Photos you take are compressed and uploaded to Cloudinary for display in your scan history. The same photo is also sent to AI APIs for real-time nutritional analysis. AI APIs process images transiently and do not retain them beyond the duration of the request.
• Profile data: Optional body stats (age, weight, height, goals) you provide during setup, stored in Firebase Firestore under your account.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics events to improve the App. No personally identifiable information is included.

• To provide AI-powered nutritional analysis of your food photos.
• To store, display, and sync your calorie and macro history across devices.
• To calculate personalised daily calorie and macro goals based on your profile.
• To improve App performance and user experience.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• You may delete all your data at any time from the Profile screen → "Delete My Account & Data".
• This permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days.
• Meal photos on Cloudinary are automatically deleted after 90 days. Your food log entries and nutritional data are not affected.
• Food log entries in Firebase Firestore are automatically deleted after 630 days.
• Deleting the App removes all locally stored data immediately.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time.

6. Guest Users

Guest mode performs one-time scans only. No account data, logs, or profile information is saved or transmitted beyond the AI recognition request. Guest scan images are not uploaded to Cloudinary.

7. Security

All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Cloud data is protected by per-user Firebase security rules ensuring no other user can access your data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact prosubhamdas@yahoo.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
